Mrs.Amitha Prashanth (Directress), is a Graduate from Bangalore University with one of her major's being Child psychology and has a diploma in Buisness Management. She joined her husband in U.S.A and lived there for four years. Her husband Mr.Prashanth Prakash a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist has been her constant source of support and inspiration. She has received her Montessori training under Mrs. Meenakshi Shivaramakrishnan (Secretary General of the Indian Montessori Centre), who is lovingly called as "Indian Maria". After completing her course successfully she started "Prayag " - a place where children could get the nurturing and care that they had a right to. She also runs "Prayag Discovery Village" and is associated with the Sikshana Foundation.
